Back in 1986/87 I was attending Asbury College and was a weekend houseparent at the Methodist Home in Versailles. I picked up a cassette (remember those?) and booklet from you one weekend. I left the cassette at the cottage and within a month a couple of my kids had learned the Books of the Bible.
A couple of weeks ago, way up here in Massachusetts, a Sunday school teacher was lamenting about the difficult time he was getting his class to learn the books of the bible. I remembered you, went online and was very pleased to see that you are still doing HIS work. I ordered a couple of CD's. Guess you were all out of Cassettes.
I sure would like to get a copy of the lyrics for Rappin 4 Jesus. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

You came to my school when I was in 3rd grade at Life Christian Acdemy in Madisonville Kentucky. You autographed a piece of my notebook paper. I learned how to rap the book of the Bible from your tape. I can still do it!!! I am no 24 years old!!!! LOL !!!!
My son who is 4 years old can already do the first 10 books of the Bible. You were and are such a blessing to me and my family. I know that you probably don't remeber me. Rev. Rap and son were in Augusta, GA on February 2, 2007 at Trinity C.M.E. Church to perform a concert; the concert was awesome. The youth greatly enjoyed it as well as the adults. There was a lot of interaction with the audience. We would love for Rev. Rap to come again next year.

Hey Rev. Rap, I am most certain that you would never remember me. My maiden name was Joanie Merritt. I met you through the Y.E.S movement about 20 years ago. My best friend and I were real gigglers. And you could never remember our names so you called us Red and Yellow. Names taken from the color sweaters we wore that first time we met you. I was from Owensboro and still live there. I am married with 5 children and love the Lord more than ever. He is the air that I breathe. I go to a church called Family Worship Center. I just want ed to say "Hi". Years ago I had your tape.
